These Terms govern your use of the duply website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to them.

1. What duply is

duply is a library of independent design-system analyses (“DESIGN.md” files) and related resources, intended for use with AI coding tools.

2. Independent analysis & trademarks

Each DESIGN.md is our own independent, editorial analysis of publicly observable design choices. It is not a copy of, derivative of, or a substitute for any third party’s source code, design files, or proprietary assets.

duply is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands it documents. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only nominatively to identify the design being analysed. Licensed typefaces are documented with freely available substitutes; we do not redistribute proprietary fonts or assets.

3. Using duply’s content

You may use the DESIGN.md files and design tokens we publish to build your own websites and applications. You may not resell or redistribute them as a competing library, or access the Site in a way that disrupts it or other users.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or to misrepresent your relationship with duply.

5. Our intellectual property

The written analyses, text, and visual design of the Site are owned by duply, except for the third-party trademarks referenced as described above.

6. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Design analyses may be incomplete or out of date; verify them before relying on them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, duply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
